Whit is an Associate and joined the Oridian Capital Partners team in 2024. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.

Prior to joining Oridian, Whit was an Investment Banking Analyst at VRA Partners, where he focused on providing M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory services to business owners and executive teams.

Whit graduated from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and an Environmental Studies minor.
