Josh is a Vice President and joined the Oridian Capital Partners team in 2020. He is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.

Prior to joining Oridian, Josh was an investment professional at The Gladstone Companies, a family of middle-market investment funds, where he was involved in underwriting and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to that, he was an investment banker with D.A. Davidson & Co. on their consumer products team where he focused on executing middle-market mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions.

Josh received a Bachelor of Science from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where he double majored in Finance and Accounting.
