CJ is an Associate at Oridian Capital Partners, which he joined in 2026. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.

Prior to joining Oridian, CJ was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citizens M&A Advisory, where he focused on M&A advisory services for business owners and management teams, primarily across the essential services sectors.

CJ graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
