Andrew is a Principal on the Investment Team and joined Oridian Capital Partners in 2015. Today, he is actively involved with Oridian’s investments in Highland Commercial Roofing and LawnPRO Partners.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked at Virginia Capital Partners, where he helped evaluate potential investments and actively supported portfolio company initiatives. During his time at Virginia Capital Partners, he also played professional baseball in the Seattle Mariners system.

Andrew is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he was a co-captain of the first varsity baseball team to reach the College World Series and has been inducted into the Virginia Baseball Hall of Fame.
