Tim Monahan became an Executive Partner at Oridian in 2026, where he is focused on sourcing new investment opportunities across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Oridian, Tim was a senior associate on the business development team at Summit Park, a Charlotte-based lower-middle-market investment firm.

Tim holds an MBA from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team.
